Target NB (ASSET MGMT, AAC & LVNV)

While pulling my credit report, I noticed that there are 4 entries that culmonate from Target NB. An account had been opened with Target (without my knowledge, I have disputed this) and then it is sold to Asset Mgmt (only hitting 2 credit agencies) and AAC (for the 3rd credit agency). As I go on down my report, it shows LVNV opened it in 9/2011. I have disputed it, ask for discovery where I ask for this account to be opened and dealt with the rude phone calls, etc. What can I do???

Just wait around for the results of the discovery to show up. If you want, you can ask them to separately validate the debt. If you never had dealings with Target, you should be able to successfully dispute the validity of the debt.
