collector didnt respond to the validation request ?

i was served for a judgement in early Aprl, i sent a validation letter and sent it to the courthouse as well.
The collection agency still hasnt responded, and i checked with the courthouse they said nothing has happened
since i filed my response.
Now what should i do?
