I have several old medical bills i owe appox 55k all for medical bills. I have good credit other than that i dont know what to do im scared of bankruptcy and dont have the money to even make payments toward these debt help please

There really is nothing to be scared about when it comes to bankruptcy. For most people it is a welcome relief. If these are going unpaid they will tank your credit and you risk being sued. Medical bankruptcy is quite common.
