Payday loan

Cash. I explain in my complaint that I am a NJ resident and found out that Payday Loans are illegal
over the internet. I indicated that the loan was for
$400 and I have already paid back $480 and believe
I have paid the loan in full. One Click response
was " We recognize this complaint as a resonse to a template of a form letter circulating the Internet. This
form letter is full of mis-leading and inaccurate information. Unless this customer has specific complaint regarding the hadling of their account, we do not believe a response is warranted. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
Now what? I have followed all the steps outline in
sticky section of the forum. I sent my cease & desist letter and ach revoke, and the law in NJ.
What is my next plan? Help

You need to respond back to BBB referring the law code. The key is to stick to your complain. Their reply IMO doesn't have much base. They are not above the laws.

Doesn't matter if it's a form letter or not, what you stated were the facts. Respond with the following; I am requesting that One Click Cash produce written documentation proving they are licensed to lend in the state of N.J. If such proof is not produced, I will consider the allegations that I still owe them XXXX amount of dollars, null and void.
