car is broken in debt with two cash advances and direct tv and having trouble with rent is there anyway to get a loan for all of this im 19 with bad credit

not exactly enough info here to make a good judgement. First, shut off direct TV and let the bill sit for a bit, it's the last of your worries at this point. Rent is a must, is the car broken to the point that it is beyond your ability to do the repairs or can you do it and just need a way to get the parts? If you owe cash advances call em and tell them that you can make payments for them and try and work a deal out, some places are nicer than others. If the advances aren't over the top then I would try and scrape for a couple months and just get them paid and not do them again. What is the other debt that is giving you bad credit?

There is always a Bicycle, the bus, etc. to get around if it takes a little while to get your car going and it's better than losing your job or not getting to class.

yea im paying 300 a month on a advance loan that has a check basically just paying the intrest and there is no way out or they will try and get me for a hot check.... I can do the repairs but getting the money for the parts is a major factor. trying to fix the car and sell it because i got it when i was making alot more money.. (waiter) times have gotten worse and insurance is 350 a month (age male and car) car payment is 200 with a 21.19 intrest rate (its a 93 non the less......) got ripped off in many areas cant default the car loan or insurance cause reposes the car and ruin my grandfathers credit...

IMPO, stop driving the car and drop the insurance to liability only (or whatever the bare minimum is for the financing company). This should save you at least a little bit a month you can put toward other things. If you can then take that money and use it to get the parts and sell the car that is one thing off your shoulders. After that save up some and get a 500 dollar beater, as long as it runs for 6 months or so it should be fine, put liability only insurance on it for the cheapest possible rate. Assuming you need to get another vehicle.

Once you manage that take any extra you are saving off the insurance/car payments then work with direct TV. I can't imagine DTV is more than a couple hundred so you may want to pay them first and get them off your back. Then go to the pay day advance loans. I would call them and say look I can only pay 100 dollars for the next 3 months, then I can resume paying the original amount. That would give you about 600 dollars over 3 months to work on the car/DTV.

I am by no means a credit expert here, but that seems to me to be the most logical place to start to try and get yourself back in line. After that is all off your plate you can work on the rest of the why you have bad credit maybe and work on getting out of the beater car.

List the following information and we may be able to help you figure a way out of the pdl trap.
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.
