Midland wants MY help!!!

I have disputed an entry on my credit report from Midland. I disputed with EQ and Midland has now sent me a letter asking me for info to help with this. I know not to send them anything but wondering what do I do now? I am in FL and this is out of SOL, from 2003. I am sure I read an answer to this prior to receiving their letter. But after 5 hours of re-reading, I can't find. So I am sorry for asking for a repeat answer. They are also reporting this as being opened in 2008 and as an open accoount, i,e. on that had to be paid in full every month. I don't think Bank of Marin even has those. Anyway, that is a brief account of where things are at. Please help...I am soooo TIRED of these people.

Thanks. Sorry for the duplicate post. I thought maybe I should have put this in the debt collectors area and tried to change it and there it was again..lol. Then I didn't know how to remove one of them. It's hard to be a newbie. *S*

Yes, they are something else. I don't even think they are licensed in FL. I couldn't find them. I disputed them once with Experian but they supposedly validated. How do I question that?
