Settlement After Payment Plan

I'm in month 11 on several Citibank 12 month payment plans (Bloomies, Macys', etc.) and still haven't found a good paying job. My credit is already trasked since I lost my house and settled all my other debts (these were tough so I elected a payment plan to buy time and use my funds for my other cc's). Do you think Citi will settle now after being on a payment plan?

Why would you need a settlement? Aren't you already paying off your debt through the payment plan?
They put me in a payment plan that reduced my payments to $50/mo
They put me in a payment plan that reduced my payments to $50/month at 0 interest for 12 months. I still owe about $2,000 to $3,500 on each of 4 cards. Next month the interest will go back to 29%. I've already settled all my major cards (Chase, BOA, etc.) so I'm thinking I don't have anything to lose to now try to settle these as well. They wouldn't settle before when I tried but I'm thinking of trying again. I've heard Citi is hard to settle with. Has anyone tried to settle after being in a payment plan?
