They say they have tried to contact me by phone and mail but this is the first time they ever left a message and I recieved nothing by mail. They claim they sent paperwork to my old address. Apparently they know my new address (been here two years) and phone but never sent anything here. I look under inquiries and they are just now appearing their. It seems to me they must have just bought this so called debt or why did they not show up before? So now it with two days to go and not having a chance (according to them) to get DV since they SOL is supposedly running out..what do I do? Am I responsible as a authorized user in PA?

Hello Shazzers, They are saying they sent all the paperwork to my OLD address so will this count as them trying to send this dunning letter? Also I thought authorized users were not liable. Does this apply to husband and wife cases? I looked on my hubby's report and found no listing under his name. If I am an authorized user then he would have been the only person who's account I would have been on. I can not believe they can wait until the SOL is just about up without giving a chance for validation. I do not want to pay a debt I do not know if its mine.
if they have your current ph#they can find your current address.
if they have your current ph#they can find your current address.do a search in the bar top right.you will find an address, and more info on this bottomfeeder.unless you were on the original application as a cosigner or joint applicant you are not liable.

I talked to the atty general and he called them and demanded debt validation to be provided to me. I asked about if I was liable due to being an authorized user and he told me it would depend on how the contract was written. Do they have to rpovide the original contract when doing validation?
Also I am trying to see if this is valid if the SOL applies. Problem is they say I paid on it from 2003 -2005. On the good side of my report Chase NA (i guess the OC) list the debt but has no original amount. It says last reported on 11/2003. After that transferred to another lender.
So ok if it was a good account 9or even if it was bad) and then it was transferred why does it not show who took over collecting for the debt. I searched and searched and see no one collecting the payments after it was supposedly transferred. I am worried about how I would prove SOL if it is past the date. I am sure they probaly will not show that to me.
