Discover settlement amount

I heard today that discover card is not negotiating anything lower than .70/1. Has anyone else heard anything about that?

My experience says that Discover has been very stubborn regarding settlement issues, however, I would certainly search more to confirm what you say.

i think theyall change with the weather. honestly i had a great settlement through discover but then again this was almost 5 years ago. i had a terrible time with citibank over a rediculasly small amount and they wouldnt budge. Now im hearing of others getting great settlements. so its hard to say
