Call or go to the website's for your state's attorney general or
Call or go to the website's for your state's attorney general or the BBB. I think you are in over your help and you need some guidance. I live in Ohio and both the AG and BBB responded to me in about a weeks time from filing my compalaint. I the end I was victorious.
