don't know why you couldn't respond in your other thread,but if you could try to recall how much was debited total by each until now.keep in mind that since these are illegal anything debited thus far goes toward the principle.for example.

you borrowed 600.00 from cash yes. let's say they debited the 74 plus 50 four times.that makes 496 off the 600.00.you only owe this illegal lender 104.00.you see pdl's are prohibited in NY,and these places are only owed what they borrowed you.nothing more.in the PAYDAY LOAN HELP forum there is a sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS.click on that,and it will guide you.it has every step you need to take including letter templates.see if you can look at old statements,and see how much these places debited.you will be suprised by how little if anything you owe.if the person calls again like on your other thread.tell them you will not speak to them again without something in writing.the threats they gave are empty.
