Yeah, right.

So basically it is against BoA policy for members of the corporation ruling body to receive customer complaints.

That is my pont. BoA Board members, or so it seems, do not actually want to know about what its customers think. They only want to receive information through their paid staff. So what kind of feedback do you suppose they do receive?

BTW the Pres. of BoA Ken Lewis has announced his retirement as of 12/30/09. My guess is that now that BoA has repaid its TARP bailout that he will receive a nice package when he departs. Not that I onbect to this.

the profit is HUGE. GOV bail out, they will not let the Mega banks go but the little ones they could care less.
Paying people who fall on hard times dont get a bail out, they get hassled and penalized.
There is so much white collar crime in this Country, that is what is ruining the banks.Not people not paying their CC on time..
Its all a big racket for the Gov not the People.
