Don't do bus.with "ZERO FREE DEBT"!!!SCAM

I entered their program under high pressure and "ZERO FREE DEBT" has done nothing for me except take my money. They promised me fees would be spread out over 15 months and I would be saving money so they would be settling my accounts. It turns out that all on my payment goes to their fees for the first nine months! Now I'm getting calls from creditor???s morning, noon and night threaten me with lawsuits that "ZERO FREE DEBT" PROMISED me would not happen. They ignore my calls and refer me to what they claim is their customer service, which turns out to be a completely different company. I found out they are actually Parman Law Group, 2 Executive Circle Suite 175, Irvine, CA, 92614 which is being sued by California attorney General for fraudulent loan modification scam where they took people???s money and watched as their customers lost homes. This company has a big fat "F" with the BBB! I'm cancelling my draft and need to help others from falling victim to these predators!

IMO you need to reread the contract drawn between you and the settlement company to learn about their terms of business. If they indeed have violated the terms then you may file complaints against them with the BBB and also with the AG's office.
