Avantis Financial Payday loan

I just posted a thread about a judgment from Avantis Fin.and a garishment of wages. They are in
S.D. I am in N.J. I am willing to pay them but can someone tell me how they receive a judgement against me if payday lenders are illegal in NJ?? They claim they are license in S.D. does any one know this for a fact? Can I still file a motion to vacate and can I stop them from garnishing my pay? I
sent them today $100 money order today. Please
someone any suggestions.
