Anybody settle with Wells Fargo Businessline?

NO! but that is not to say you can't. Be persisitant! I did not have that much....only 137.00 left but even then I felt that it was all late charges and not even interest but they took hard line and since it was a minimum amount I just paid it and went about my business.

What I did find out however, you can send them a letter specifically dictating the terms of settlement you would adhere to in one payment (typically 40% of what you owe) and ask them to reply within a term not to exceed 30 days from reciept. Send this return receipt requested so that you know when they received the letter.

Of course if all else fails....get and attorney (which would cost considerably less than you owe) to retain and write the letter for you from their office.
