FYI, With the help of this forum, I was able to settle 4 accounts totaling 67K for 20%
today in 4 installments with FIA card services. I was 150 days past due on one and 120 days on the others. Do not pay a settlement company to do this for you, it CAN be done
by yourself and save thousands! Thanks again to everyone on this forum. I am on my way to zero cc debt.....two to go!

I to settled 19,400.00 with FIA for 2910.00. They actually had sent me a letter in the mail offering 20% at 160 days and called me. I called the lady back and said it was still out of my budget, she put me on hold and said they would do 15% payable in 4 months. She offered to send it in writing before I even asked. Worked out great
