I heard about CRN. Please share your experience and knowledges about their services. I checked their website. It seems good. it is more to a help for "do it yourself" type business, right? Also they have impressive debt amount reduction rates.I am interested, but I am not an English native, and do not have time for studying. Please let me know about their unlimited help program:

* Basically do you need to negotiate with the creditors by phone and letters?
