Settlement question......

I have an opportunity to settle one debt, but there are 4 others that I have to settle as well. The first settlement offer of 25% came in, but was wondering if its OK to settle this one first. Will the other creditors pull my credit and see I settled one? The big one is only 120 days late so I know the offers will get better with time. If i settle one too early will this raise some red flags with other creditors???

No, if you have got a good offer from one of the creditor you may take it. Even one settled account would make a difference in your report. You must read the do it yourself article for more help in this regard.
