Debt Validation letter

I sent out a debt validation letter to a collection agency...waited then sent a debt validation follow up letter...they still cannot validate the debt, question is?
1. Do I need to send copies of these letters to the credit bureaus?
2. Is there a letter I need to send with them?
3. Help....:)

Well, there is practically no time limit for the collection agen
Well, there is practically no time limit for the collection agencies to response to a DV letter but they shouldn't continue with the collection activities during this time.
