Multiple accounts with Ch@sse questions

I have multiple accounts with Ch@sse, so I don't know why they just picked one to outsource to BeeCeeR department? Ch@sse just said it was a third party, and couldn't give other info or check my account, but they did say it was still with Ch@sse. Anyone else have similar experience? Does it go back to Ch@sse after XX days? Also Ch@sse doesn't want to combine my multiple accounts even though they sent a letter for a settlement option on one of them. I thought I read that people had combined accounts with them. They say they need to do each one seperatley. They were very nice. And when I mentioned the settlement letter they sent, they lowered the percentage on both accounts quite well, but I can't settle yet on my part. Very willing to work with me. My issue is with the 3rd party outsourced account, it spoils the settlement idea.
You can settle with collection agencies just as easily as the Ch

We had three accounts with Chase; they settled two at once for 50% and wouldn't budge on the third til now. They just settled, after 2 years, for 50%. Why didn't they just do that to begin with? We would have been finished a long time ago!
