payday debt on my credit report

I found an unlicensed payday lender on my credit report. I disputed the debt and the transunion said it was verified or valid. I paid this company more than my state, IL, requires. How can I remove this.
i would dispute it again and include a copy of your state's payd
i would dispute it again and include a copy of your state's payday loan laws and proof that you overpaid them. it should be removed.
