I think they all vary. The best thing to do is put what card you want to settle in the search option (upper right) and read what others have been able to get. For some reason everyone seems to be different, but it at least gives you a good idea. Good luck!
I have settled some debts as low of 9% and some as high as 60%,
I have settled some debts as low of 9% and some as high as 60%, at the end of every month i usually settle a half of million of debt at an AVERAGE of 30-32% with this economy, within around 60-80 settlements.
