Is BOA playing nice?

I spoke to BOA and told them I could not afford the payment, they suspended all fees and cut interest in half for 12 months as long as I make a new payment of $235 a month (which I can do) then they will review my situation... am I lucky dont think it will affect my credit much
if they lowered your monthly payment and its a big enough paymen
if they lowered your monthly payment and its a big enough payment to keep the debt current, meaning not go late. sounds like its not the end of the world.
they are doing anything and everything to keep you making those payments bring B of A interest and fees. beware of these 12 month programs too, why not for the life of the debt till its paid off ??? < i doubt they would ever do this.
beware of everything with the banks directly, they do not have your best interest at all, they are truly the ones out for themselves right now and its going to get worse when they start monopolizing
