Whether it is a judgement or a summons, please clarify.

Can you help us with more information?

i thought they would have to arbitrate before they get the judgement by SOME creditors.
can you explain which creditor you have a judgment on? and also how much it is?
I say this is confusion because people in debt have no clue some times of their own rights, you might have gotten a letter saying " this could happen" well that being said, I could sue you too, hopefully you get the point.
maybe youve gotten a judgement, did you receive a lawsuit in the mail before all of this ? and if you did what did you do about it? ignoring debt is the # 1 worst thing you can do.
im hoping youve gotten some letter stating if you dont pay you could get a judgement like they all say. but who knows.
