I am $42,000 in debt and want to be debt free. I have a combination of payday loans and regular loans, I need help and lots of prayers. I need help in working out a good plan and being able to feel good about my finasncial situation again.

If you post the following information into the payday loan help forum (for the payday loans you have) I am sure someone can help you with those:
-Names of each pdl company.
-Whether they are store front or Internet.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.
-The state in which you reside.

Keep checking back for replies.

this seems to be not settlement material with what debt you say you have. have you talked to a bk attorney, do you funds to resolve this? if you can file bk and you still have to pay back your debts there is no point and you need to figure out a plan B

payday loans and certain kinds of loans might not be easy to settle, i dont know what type of loans the person is talking about.
