Of 30% lump sum or 40% 4 payments.I don't have it and don't want to borrow it if possible.I may be able to come up with it in a few weeks by selling some stuff.the offer comes from debt collection company for chase.I have about 5 weeks to charge off.What are the odds of me getting a better offer or should I beg,borrow to come up with the lump sum?the lump sum would be 3000.thanks

With 5 weeks till charge off you have time to negotiate. Call in 4 weeks and tell them you can only come up with 30% over 4 payments. If it charges off you could get that or less with collection agency.
