I am hitting a wall with the ACH processors. I have 3 payday companies that are refusing to settle: Cash Supply, Instant Cash USA and The VIP Loan shop. I contacted ACH Commerce and determined that they service Cash Supply, but they said that they could not help me! I have sent letters to revoke ACH Authorization and Instant Cash USA still debited my account (it's closed, but it still went through for some reason). Does anyone know who is the ACH processor for Instant Cash USA and The VIP Loan Shop? HELP!!

ACH transactions clear through the Federal Reserve System. I may be wrong, but an ACH "processor" would need to have a Routing Transit Number (RTN) in order to run ACH's for its customers -- and RTN numbers are usually only assigned to banks.

I know that my company processes ACH's through our bank. And so if one of my customer's has a dispute, their bank will contact my bank, and then my bank will contact me....

But generally speaking, that's how it works.... if you dispute charges or transactions, then you deal with your bank and let your bank deal with the processors.
