Here is where I am - these are the facts:
I signed up with CMS based on the information sent by the rep. that stated the following; 1/ they never get sued AND if I should get sued they would handle all of the legal issues including getting the venue changed so THEY could handle it in court if need be. 2/ the fee of $2500 covered the cost of the credit repair.
Well here I sit 2 years later. I have been sued as Novation was not a legal option in my state, had to represent myself in court AND now CMS hands me over the credit repair co who informs me that CMS "no longer covers the cost of the credit repair". They will not respond to my emails requesting information as to when they changed the process etc.
Now their rating with the BBB is an F. That is documanted as well on the BBB website.
SO Mr. Daley before you get on here and start going on about how you won't have your credibility questioned or you'll call your lawyer and state that I have defamed your character,
please note that I have every correspondence that backs up what I have said.
Anyone else out there??

Exactly what have they promised you in their documents? Have they ever stated that they would represent you in the court?

As for change of venue - they stated that they can get it changed so THEY can handle the matter for me in court. When I pressed them on this they just said they do not represent people and have no legal representation in my state.
