Does @dvanta list your account as in collections after 6 months? Or how does it appear on your CR?

Thanks

Please elucidate your query, Mojo. The account may already be in your report. It's status would only get updated as time would pass.

Once the creditor would charge off the account, it'd get updated in your credit report as charged off. And, once the account is placed with a collection agency, they too would report the same account as collection.

Hope I was able to explain.

To be more specific, I was looking for people who have had @dvanta cards that are past the 180 day mark in the last couple of months, to see if @dvanta is reporting it as charged off. Also are they selling it to anyone? From what I can tell nobody wants to buy their debt - so the rumor goes. Do the calls from P&C (filips n kohen) continue like before charge off? Because P&C are probably working on commission before charge off but how is it handled after charge off, why would they pursue collecting a debt they don't own at that point?
