Has anyone had any luck on settling on a Personal Loan?

Thank you for the posts, but after checking them out it looks as though they are all credit card settlements. I have an unsecured personal loan w/Chase. FYI, I am currently settling on all my credit cards. I was able to settle with my Chase credit card on $14k for two installment payments of $2k each totaling $4k. I know they will settle on credit cards, but not sure about personal loans. Any help would be much appreciated.
