How to bring up settlement?

whatever the balance is tell them all you have the moment is 30% or under and you cant do payments if they ask for a payment plan. it should get the ball rolling in the right direction.

Or you can just go straight to the point and say " hey im looking to settle this debt, i have other debts i have not settled on yet but im giving you a shot at it first" makes them feel good in a way, theyd rather the money go to them instead of someone else.

Also you could paint a picture saying with the money you have youd like to settle this big debt but if they dont you could easily settle your smaller debts.

you want to mind trick them into believing your reasoning in order to get what you want and NOT what they want.
