In my experience I just asked them to. They were all very nice and took our number off their calling que. Advanta was tougher as I had to mail them a letter. (They are idiots). I am about 60 days into this process and so far I have found that COMMUNICATION is the key. They have all been respectful of what I have asked i.e. don't call at work, only call at home in morning b/c that is when we are available, etc and so far they have honored it. I freely talk to them when they call. Also I have seen they don't call every day b/c I have been talking to them...just my 2 cents.
