Is their a procedure to remove bankrupcy from my credit report. BK7 occurred after two bank faliures, failing my business and cannot pay the called loans on a personal guarantee? prior to this situation, my credit score was >730. Can yoou help?

Unfortunately a right information can't be removed from your report before its tenure. Ch 7 is supposed to stay on your report for a long ten years. :(

SC is correct. If the information is accurate it can not be removed. It used to be that people would dispute the item on their credit report and if the county court did not send the papers validating the bk then it was removed, but with the internet and electronic files that really doesn't happen anymore. so disputing it won't do any good.
