Being used at different court county

Hi, please help. I reached a settlement with a collection lawyer agency and found out that I was sued by them at at court of my former residence. I called the court today and they gave the case number. Being quite far away I have not come to see them yet, but I look up the internet and it has this current line
Cv Proof Of Svc Compl/Pet/Summons 04/05/2010 None 04/06/2010
Do you know what it means? I don't know if I can afford any lawyer..and I aready reached the settlement payment plan with them and started the first payment.

Have you received a summons? It can be a case of deliberately serving the summons at the wrong address.
However, since you have come to know about the case you must do whatever it requires to stop them from getting a default judgement against you. Contact the court clerk to find out how can you defend yourself. You may mention in your reply that you have already reached to a settlement agreement with them and try to get the case dismissed.
