My ex-spouse agreed to take over a joint acct. I'm currently trying to get my name off the acct. If unable to do so, what is the lowest % of the debt Chase is likely to accept to get me in the clear?

Usually the account or card has to be closed with the balance transfered to the spouses account. They generally wont remove anyone from a joint account.
