I am receiving 3-4 calls a day from a collection agency. When I told the representative to stop calling me, she replied that they will keep calling until debt is paid. Also said they can call as many times a day until they reach me. Are they allowed to repeatedly call my phone?

bottomfeeder is the term we use for collectors or JDB'S who love to violate the FDCPA.as for the self employed question.why not?it's your job,why should a bottomfeedr be allowed to call it as opposed to any other employer.
