Debt

I have a question. I opened my account in 2003 and the closing date was 2005. I recieved a call from a credit collection agent who told me that the credit card company was going to put a judgment against me and a lien against my house. The account is a open-end account (revolving credit) and the SOL is 3 years the collection agency say 5 years on open-end credit and everything that I have seen for the state is 3 years. What does this mean? Do I have a case on the collection agency for harrassment since they keep calling and threatening me with a judgment and lien against my house?
Slam a DV letter on them. It would then be their responsibility
Slam a DV letter on them. It would then be their responsibility to prove that the debt is within the legal sol.
Which state are you from? We can check the sol for you.
Have you received the dunning letter of collection yet?
Threatening with lawsuit and judgement is a 1 if the collection agency has no desire to follow up with it.
