I recieved a phone call from Allied about an account with Columbia House movie club ( I returned all movies and canceled several times). I was told that I had to pay over the phone. I requested that they sent a bill and they refused. I told them I had the right to see a bill per FDCPA. They refused. I just filed an online complaint with my states Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. Now what shouls I do???
