Nellie - I am having a hard time paying off my credit cards. Is there anyway that I can use my 403-B retirement to pay off my credit cards?

You would need to talk to your benefits administrator to see what the rules are on withdrawals.

It is never a good idea to use retirement funds to pay of credit card debt.
