nah i think you are fine with that old of CA and BT. im sure its all about the $. the longer they wait the more interest, late fees and over the limit fees they can getcha with.

I would call DS Financial at 866-833-6398. They could get you a settlement as low as 22 cents on the dollar.

Over 180 days now and still not a peep, wondering what I shall do? Calling them doesn't seem to help :(

You just have to be patient. I have the same problem with Cap 1 - my last one to settle and they simply won't budge so I'm just waiting it out. The attorney I consulted on bk said she would negotiate for me if I hit a brick wall. I'm getting close to paying her to do it for me. I settled 3 of the 4 so I know I can do it myself if I can only get them to do offer a decent settlement as a starting point.
