Separate Account established to settle cards??

I have established a savings account at a separate bank from the credit cards I am settling with. Is there any way for the the credit cards I am settling with to be able to find out how much money I have in the savings account that I intend to use for settlement? Anyone who has settled and has experience with this please share your experience...Thanks!

Unless the bank that you use to save is somehow linked to one that you owe, it is my understanding that they don't have access to that information. However, should you be sued, your assets might be brought into the spotlight, at which point it will be clear how much you have saved.
