debt consolidation

I want to clear all the debts on my credit reports and consolidate the 2 loans I have outstanding with high interest rates into one low monthly payment. I have a 2 month old daughter and a fiance to support and a vehicle in dire need of repair to secure a reliable source of transportation to work. I have a stable career as a steam plant operator for dupont. Please help me. I can't even get a loan for 250.00 right now which tells me there's a problem. When my car blew the transmission, I couldn't get approved for a $1800 loan to fix it. I need to get these things in order for my credit and my daughters future. I want to be able to put her through college and as it sits, I won't be able to put anything towards that until she's 12 years old. I'm asking for real help. Please call me at 302 765 8189.
