Along with the BBB ranking, you must also take into account the client base and the duration of the company in the business. Company with large client base and longer duration is also likely to have more complaints which can affect their BBB raking.

Accreditation of the BBB may affect also the ranking of the company.

When selecting a settlement firm, it's wise to go with a company that has got recommendation from friends and family members.
