delinquent account no longer on credit report

Hi everyone, I recently signed up with Oak View Law Group to help me with my debts. Last week I pulled my credit report and there is an account I have that is no longer showing on my report. How can this be? I received a collection letter from a collection company a few months ago and sent them a validation letter. So far I have had no response...nothing at all. Now I don't even see it shown on my report. What is going on? Any help would be greatly appreciated
Mine is same way aswell, American express for 7500 and Citi bank
Mine is same way aswell, American express for 7500 and Citi bank for 26000 is not showing on my credit report. It is making hard for me to settle it with other creditors because they can't see it and my debt does not seems to other creditors. My total credit card debt it 75K but on my report it only adds up to 45K.
