If my debt comes from Collection agencies and i have little income left after i pay my bills, how do i negotiate these debts one at a time. Literally i have dollars a day to spend until the next pay period. Will the debt eventually drop off?

You must cut expenses and increase your income. Otherwise, it sounds like an unsustainable situation for you regardless of your current debt.
