harrrasing rude phone call

I recd a very rude phone call this am at 12.20 pm saturday from er solutions told me I had apersonal problem to ask who they were and refuse to talk not knowing who or what they were calling for.this is 1st phone call guess it will get worse?

I dont completely understand....did you identify yourself or did you insist they identify themselves and their reason for calling first? If they refused to give any information not knowing you were you, they did nothing wrong...in fact, they would be following the law very correctly.
