Rude Phone Call

I got a phone call from West Asset Management. They pressured my wife intotelling them how much money we make and how much our car payments are. When I told them I could only afford to pay $5 a month she told me I didnt qualify for that payment plan. Then she told me "you can afford to pay it you just dont want to". When I offered her the $5 payments again she said "just get your credit card and pay your bills". Does this count as insulting language?

They're jerks. I get mad at people that don't pay me back either, but it just makes a bad situation worse. Please give us more details on your entire situation.
