If you try to tell the judge that you willing to negotiate (plaintiff) the payment that you can only afford (which is i been paying that collection for 9 months still put me served in court) do you think the judge will agree on me (defendant) I wasn't sure what to say because they ask for more (I pay 120.00) and they want 290.00 which I cannot afford. please tell what to do....
