File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. You can do this online. I just found out that the Better Business Bureau is buddies with the WFNNB and gives them an A+ rating on their website. This is outrageous. They need to be stopped. They damaged my credit rating, claiming that they sent me invoices when they sent me NOTHING. I wanted to give them my money and had paid them $150 at my last payment instead of the $14 minimum, I thought that was the reason I had received no invoices. After researching this problem I see I am not alone, it's a pattern. They want the late fees and are strong-arming people like me. I am not a deadbeat, I pay my bills on time and up till now had outstanding credit. Federal Trade Commission! File a complaint!
