I have had success with FDRS. However, over the last several months, they will not reply to e-mails or faxes. I was served with a Court Summons today and relayed that information to FDRS. Do you know if they are still in business or what the situation is with them now?

i haven't seen those words on this forum for awhile.sorry,but FDRS is a scam,and MARK CELLA the owner has been on the run from the authorities.the scam works on the "debt termination"principle.meaning all debt is illegal.it's total BS,and once someone is sued then they are ignored as they can't defend that position in a court of law.
